At STARS, I helped increase annual giving revenue by 30% over three years, to just under $6M in gross revenue. I also developed modeling for the home lottery program, allowing us to make adjustments that increased revenue by over $3M and will continue to help drive additional revenue annually.

I spent over 8 years as a consultant working with over 75 charities in Canada and the US, and I have a unique understanding of how charities operate and fundraise effectively. Through process changes, systems changes, and analysis, we helped these charities fundraise better and develop more efficient internal processes.
